A key role within our Success team, working closely with Success Account Managers to deliver on scopes for our retained clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of digital marketing and inbound marketing best practice
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords & Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp.
  • General administrative support with a high level of attention to detail
  • Responsible for day to day actions of Success clients
  • Acting as the support person for the primary contact of all clients under your care
  • Support with delivery of monthly tasks for clients on retainer, such as:
  • Technical solutioning and troubleshooting
  • Campaign optimisation
  • CRM optimisation
  • Monthly reporting
  • General queries and support requirements and requests
  • Task management
  • Client management and correspondence
  • Quality assurance of deliverables such as marketing EDMs, newsletters, and
  • blogs
  • Attend client meetings to support Account Managers where required

Your Skills:

  • 2+ years in the workplace is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment
  • Great time management and ability to work to deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing and inbound marketing best practice
  • Experience in problem solving and issue management
  • A real client service champion with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Good relationship management experience and a confident communication style, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge across various technologies
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing
  • An analytical approach to problem identification and resolutions
  • Proactive approach to identifying customer issues and opportunities for improvements
  • An ability to communicate clearly with both end-users and internal stakeholders
  • Completion of the HubSpot Inbound Methodology qualifications (https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/inbound) is an essential requirement of all Hype & Dexter employees prior to commencement of employment.
  • Additionally for this role, completion of HubSpot Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Tools, HubSpot Inbound Sales, and HubSpot Sales Tools is also required to be completed prior to commencement of employment (all certifications can be obtained on the HubSpot Academy platform).
