Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager for a contract period of approximately 12 months to cover parental leave. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success with HubSpot and our services. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, problem-solver, and trusted partner, managing relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with our delivery teams, you’ll ensure projects and support requests are managed efficiently while providing proactive recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
CRM Lead

This senior, highly technical role within the CRM team with a focus on CRM implementations. The role will be responsible for facilitation, design, configuration, training and post-implementation coaching of clients in HubSpot Sales and Service CRM. This role will work both tactically and strategically with clients directing the CRM aspects of Digital Transformation. It will be expected that you will challenge and provide advice and consultation in the best practice CRM implementation as well as feeding back opportunities, risks and change to your broader project, commercial and client teams.
