Hype & Dexter was created to serve APAC businesses who want to drive change and growth.

We had been the victims of tech projects that failed because of the wrong solution, bad implementation, poor adoption or lack of evolution. These are really the only four reasons why transformations fail. There are no reasons to accept any of them, and we knew we had the expertise to deliver better outcomes.

And we focus on a human approach to digital transformation. Because your business isn’t just a bunch of systems and processes – it’s a bunch of people working together to make awesome things happen.

Women in Tech.

Diversity in all areas has always been an important aspect of our culture and success. 

We pride ourselves when it comes to our commitment to welcoming and supporting women in this tech space, and we're proud to have a team that's made up of 42% amazing women who are passionate about the tech industry, ranging from creatives, to technical specialists and senior leaders.

The WiT initiative is dedicated to forging more pathways for women to succeed, both in our business and the broader industry, and to advocate more more representation of women in technology.

Social Committee.

A strong sense of whanau and community is at the core of our culture. And we believe that better collaboration and trust is built within teams when they break bread together. Or play games. Or throw axes.  Go team!

Mental Health Committee.

 

Made up of a range of people from around the business, this committee is focused on creating a workplace that values and prioritises the well-being of every individual by reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues, providing resources for support, and creating a culture where employees feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns.
