Your event tickets can be whatever you would like them to be, they can be very flexible. Some examples could be 'Standard', 'Child', 'VIP', 'Pet', 'Evening Session'. In this case, there is "1 Day Standard", "3 Day Pass VIP" and "3 Day Pass Standard".

FAQs

Is this app out of the box or customised?

Think of this as a template that we start from. As part of the process we will review the standard app wireframes to get your feedback on the general layout and wording. We will then create the event solution from the reviewed/revised template, and add your look and feel and wording.

What can I customise?

You can customise the Header, Footer, Heading wording, button wording, hide elements. If you want to change the core flow or add additional features, you will need to purchase the custom build tier for this product. For the custom build tier, we will capture these customisation requirements as part of the wireframe review and then confirm the cost of the customisation once it’s fully scoped.

Does it require a one off payment or ongoing payments?

To set up the app it’s a one off payment. However we do recommend budgeting for building additional enhancements in the future.

Are there any additional costs associated with this app?

You will need HubSpot Content Hub Enterprise + Integration Glue Starter licenses. 

Is there any support available for getting this app up and running?

The price covers the set up and implementation of this solution. This isn’t a self service solution. So yes, there’s plenty of support getting this up and running. 

Can I create custom event reports and dashboards using event data?

Yes! Because all event data lives natively in HubSpot, you can use HubSpot’s standard reporting tools and dashboards to create fully custom reports tailored to your business needs. Track registrations, attendance, engagement, revenue, email performance, and more — all within the same reporting environment as your sales and marketing data. No exporting, no stitching data together, just clear insights in real time.

Can I link our events to campaigns we have running in HubSpot?

Yes! This won’t happen automatically but we can build a customisation to do this. 

What kind of custom features can be added to the event platform?

A wide range. Because it’s built entirely within HubSpot, we can customise almost every part of the experience — from how users register and pay, to how data is tracked and reported. Common custom features include invite-only events, member pricing, waitlists, favourites, custom checkout experiences, discount codes, and more. If there’s something specific you need, we can likely build it in.
