Is the Unified Pricing Solution out-of-the-box or customised?

We use a base app and configuration on top of HubSpot for the core elements of the Unified Pricing Engine.

However, pricing and business rules are often highly specific to each client. As part of onboarding, we’ll walk through the standard implementation to gather your unique requirements. From there, we configure the CRM and any client or partner-facing pages (if you’re using the eCommerce or portal components) to meet those needs.

Because the Unified Pricing Engine is built on HubSpot, it can be fully extended and customised to suit your business.

What can I customise?

Because the Unified Pricing Engine is built on HubSpot, you can customise virtually anything. The only real limits are budget and timeline.

To maximise ROI and help your team learn the platform quickly, we recommend launching with a minimum viable product using the base configuration. After your initial implementation is bedded in, we can extend and release additional enhancements and customisations in phases.

Does it require a one off payment or ongoing payments?

Most costs are covered by your existing HubSpot licence, with a small additional Integration Glue subscription to support automation.

Required HubSpot licensing:

  • HubSpot CMS Enterprise
  • HubSpot Sales Pro (or above) if you want to use HubSpot’s native eSign functionality
  • HubSpot Commerce Hub if you want to use HubSpot out-of-the-box payments
  • At least 3 custom objects for the Unified Pricing Engine
  • Potential API limit increases for high-volume eCommerce or portals

Additional licence:

  • Integration Glue Starter (USD $19 / month) for line-item automation

We also offer standard integrations with DocuSign and Stripe if you prefer not to use Commerce Hub — some licensing fees may apply for advanced integrations.




Are there any additional costs associated with this app?

The base solution includes Integration Glue Starter at USD $19 per month for line-item-related automations.

During onboarding, we may identify additional features or extensions such as:

  • Image resizing
  • DocuSign integration
  • Document generation

If so, we may recommend a higher Integration Glue tier or additional tools to support these enhancements.

Is there any support available for getting this solution up and running?

Yes. This is an onboarding-only solution available exclusively through Avidly — it’s not available for self-service or via other partners.

All implementations include an onboarding fee. We follow a standardised, proven process designed to get your Unified Pricing Engine launched as quickly and efficiently as possible.
