How can the marketing training time be divided up and what will be covered?

We always recommend at least 1-2 hours to cover the basics of the platform so you are familiar with it. Beyond that, we will customise the training sessions and content to suit you! If you want to spend time diving into the configuration that we have done for you, or go deeper into specific features (e.g. landing pages, email, social, workflows). Ultimately, we will split up the time to meet your needs.

Can we have new templates designed and built as part of this product or migrate existing ones into HubSpot?

We have a best practice email template to ensure best functionality across devices and operating systems, that we customise to your branding and train you to use. However, if you have an existing email template/layout that you would like to keep using we will replicate it as closely as possible in the HubSpot drag and drop builder. If it is especially long or complex, there may be an additional charge for building this. 

What HubSpot licensing do I need to get the most out of this product?

Only Professional or Enterprise give you automation, lead scoring, and the level of automation and configuration required to make best use of this product. If you are on Starter, consider our Lights On Marketing product.
