Accelerator
For migrations that require additional time due to complexity, or to support the client in creating more assets, due to volume or lack of capacity. Includes 40 hours of migration actions, support, and training.
Enterprise
For larger migrations where there might be a combination of emails and page templates, complex workflows and automations plus a few other assets required. Includes 80 hours of migration actions, support, and training.

What platforms can you migrate from?

The number of platforms that we have helped our clients migrate from runs into the dozens. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo and Mailchimp are some of the most common ones. And, while familiarity with the outgoing software helps, our process of shadowing your power users ensures that we understand all the assets and mechanics of the platform before we start replicating the essential functions in HubSpot—meaning, our process allows us to migrate from any platform. 

Is there a maximum number of platforms you can migrate from?

We assume that you have one primary marketing automation platform that you are migrating from. We can support migration from other platforms (e.g. if you have a separate software for reporting, social scheduling, etc.) However the extra time it would take to get familiar with these platforms will come out of the migration hours.

What type of HubSpot licensing do you need for this product?

You will need to have paid licensing that reflects the functionality of your current platform(s). The specific tier you need will depend on the marketing requirements and priorities outlined through the sessions. 

How can my ‘migration hours’ be used?

Consulting, training, supporting, or simply doing. This comes down to your capacity and capability to support the migration. If your budget allows, you can purchase as many hours as you need for the Hype & Dexter team to recreate everything you need for your marketing BAU in HubSpot. But we would always prefer to collaborate with you and your team, to build out the key journeys and assets with you, so that you also benefit from learning about the HubSpot platform as we work.
